Hi! I’m Amy and I’m here to help you with Gluten-Free living.

I’ve been cooking and baking gluten-free since 2007. With a background in foodservice and hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, I still found it challenging to transition to gluten-free. Throw in a few other “free’s” like for dairy and egg, and wow, I know how hard that can be.
